Detailed Itinerary:

Day 1: Departure from Delhi

Departure Time: Between 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Travel Mode: Volvo Semi-Sleeper Bus (Delhi to Manali)

• Begin your journey with a comfortable overnight ride from Delhi to Manali in a Volvo semi-sleeper bus.
• The journey will take approximately 12 hours.

Day 2: Manali Local Sightseeing

Arrival: Morning in Manali
Activities:

• Upon arrival, check in to the hotel and freshen up.
• Explore local attractions such as:
  • Hadimba Temple
  • Club House
  • Old Manali
  • Vashisht Temple
  • Manali Mall Road
  • Van Vihar
  • Buddhist Monastery
• Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in Manali.

Day 3: Sissu Valley & Solang Valley Exploration

Breakfast: At the hotel (9:00 AM)
Activities:

• Visit the stunning Solang Valley known for its scenic beauty.
• Drive through the Atal Tunnel to explore Sissu Valley.
• Return to Manali for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 4: Kullu to Shimla via Kullu Adventure

Breakfast: At the hotel
Activities:

• Check out from the hotel and proceed towards Shimla via Kullu.
• En route, you have the option to enjoy River Rafting and Paragliding at Kullu.
• Visit Vaishno Devi Temple.
• Arrive in Shimla, check in to your hotel, and enjoy dinner. Overnight stay in Shimla.

Day 5: Shimla & Kufri Sightseeing

• After breakfast, explore the following attractions in and around Shimla:

  • Christ Church

Day 6: Shimla to Delhi

• After breakfast, check out from the hotel and begin the journey back to Delhi.
• You’ll reach Delhi by evening, concluding the tour.

Exclusions:

• Personal expenses
• Optional activities like River Rafting and Paragliding
• 4×4 vehicle charges for snow-related access
• Any costs incurred due to natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances

Payment & Cancellation Policy:

• Booking Amount: ₹6,000 per couple at the time of registration
• Balance Payment: 7 days before departure
• Cancellation Policy:
  • 30+ days before the trip: 25% cancellation fee
  • 15-30 days: 50% cancellation fee
  • 0-15 days: No refund

Check-in times vary (between 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM) based on availability.

Transportation:

• AC may not be functional in hilly areas.

Force Majeure:

Weekend Yaari is not liable for trip delays or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or transport cancellations.

Vehicle Breakdown:

In case of a breakdown, an alternate arrangement will be made, though delays may occur.

Room Upgrades:

Room upgrades are subject to availability. In case of a downgrade, refunds will be issued accordingly.
