Day 0 — Hyderabad to Vizag

The journey begins from Hyderabad.

5:30 PM: Assemble at Kachiguda Railway Station and board the overnight train to Vizag.

Meet your fellow travellers, settle in and enjoy the overnight journey towards Andhra Pradesh.

Overnight: Train Journey

Day 1 — Vizag to Araku Valley

7:00 AM: Arrive at Vizag Railway Station.

Meet the Weekend Yaari trip coordinator and begin the journey towards the beautiful Araku Valley.

Explore some of the region’s most popular attractions:

Borra Caves
Discover the impressive limestone caves and unique natural formations.

Katiki Waterfalls
Enjoy the scenic surroundings and refreshing atmosphere of this beautiful waterfall.

Tribal Museum
Learn about the tribal culture, traditions and heritage of the Araku region.

Coffee Museum
Discover the history and culture of Araku’s famous coffee plantations.

After sightseeing, proceed to the accommodation and check in.

Spend the evening relaxing and enjoying the peaceful surroundings of Araku.

Day 2 — Araku Sightseeing to Vanajangi

Start the day with more exploration of Araku Valley.

Visit:

• Madagada View Point
• Padmapuram Gardens
• Galikonda View Point
• Wooden Bridge
• Araku Pine Forest
• Chaparai Waterfalls

Enjoy the scenic landscapes, forests and mountain roads before continuing towards Vanajangi.

Later, arrive at Vanajangi and check in to the accommodation.

Spend the evening with the group and enjoy a bonfire and music session.

Day 3 — Vanajangi Sunrise & Vizag Sightseeing

Wake up early for one of the biggest highlights of the trip — the Vanajangi Sunrise Trek.

Trek to the viewpoint and witness the spectacular sight of the sun rising over a sea of clouds.

After enjoying the sunrise, return, freshen up and begin the journey towards Vizag.

8:00 PM: Board the return train from Vizag Railway Station.
