Refund Policy

Cancellation before Saturday 4 PM:

• If you cancel your booking before Saturday at 4 PM, a cancellation fee of ₹400 will be charged, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

No Refund for Cancellations After Saturday 4 PM:

• There will be no refund for cancellations made after Saturday at 4 PM.

Night Camping in Ananthagiri Hills Vikarabad Terms & Conditions

• Participants will be able to enjoy the complete camping experience only if they reach on time. We suggest you reach 10 minutes prior to the starting time at the venue.
• If participants arrive late for any reason, they may miss the meals and activities as per the itinerary.
• Weekend Yaari not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by the guest, outside or third party.
• Weekend Yaari reserves the right to refuse entry to any participant for violating camp rules, engaging in illegal activities, or failing to comply with any security measures.
• By using this campsite, you agree to follow all rules and regulations. Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate expulsion from the premises without a refund.
• If any injury occurs to the participant due to their own fault or negligence while using the campsite facilities, Weekend Yaari will not be held responsible. The participant acknowledges this term and agrees to accept all conditions before proceeding with the camping experience.
• Vehicles won’t be allowed near the camping tent from the parking area. Parking is free but at the owner’s risk.
