CANCELLATION AND POSTPONEMENTS BY ORGANISER(S):
Weekend Yaari may decide to cancel the event if there are fewer than 8 travelers or due to external factors that are beyond our control, such as Natural Hazards like rains, earthquakes, landslides, strikes, bandh, Virus outbreaks, curfews, etc,
The Team will inform you about alternate events. You can choose to switch to any other event for which seats are available or choose to cancel in this case, the full amount will be refunded(Transportation Cancellation charges will be deducted)
CANCELLATION POLICY BY THE TRAVELER(YOU) :
If you cancel 48 hours before the date of the event: No refund will be provided.
Last-minute cancellations due to work, health issues, etc. would not be entertained and no refund or transfer shall be allowed for the same.
No postponing your ticket to future events and no refund within 48 hours of the event start time.
If you cancel 3-6 days before the date of the event: you can transfer your tickets to your friends. We would be more than happy to have them on board and you could save your hard-earned money.
If you cancel 7 days before the date of the event: 50 % of the full amount of the trip. (Payment gateway charges will be deducted).
