Andharban means “dark forest” in Marathi. This trek takes you through thick green forests, waterfalls, and misty trails. It is a 13 km trail that descends through the beautiful Tamhini Ghat valley. This trek is especially beautiful during the monsoon season.
Devkund is a hidden waterfall near Bhira village. After a short forest trek, you’ll reach a stunning waterfall that flows into a blue pool. This is one of the most popular waterfalls near Pune and is great for photos and relaxing in nature.
This lesser-known spot offers an amazing view of the Sahyadri hills. It’s quiet, uncrowded, and perfect for enjoying nature or clicking some peaceful sunset photos.
Lohagad is one of the best forts to visit near Lonavala. It’s an easy hike and offers great views of Pawna Lake and nearby hills. The famous “Vinchu Kata” (Scorpion Tail) ridge is a major highlight. It’s suitable for beginners and families.
